A notice of our 2007 Assessments along with a letter from
our Association president has
been mailed. The dues of $100 per lot were due on or before May
31st.
It was determined that this amount will cover the estimated yearly
expenses as well
as allowing a cushion of $10,000 as members have requested

failed.
The final vote was 45 Yes to 38 No.
A vote of 52 in the affirmative (102 total members = 52 @ simple majority)
was needed to pass
